Electronics is an industry expert who designs and manufactures electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) for avionics, defense, aerospace and other applications.

While advancing the acquisition, C&K also announced the establishment of a new department: C&K Aerospace Department, which aims to integrate EIS Electronics’ EWIS design capabilities, C&K’s avionics switches, and ESCC, NASA, and MIL-certified space connector businesses.
